People are accountable for their own career success, but that doesn't let the organization off the hook. So I think one of the things that I would strongly recommend or advise people is to try and find a good fit. You generally want to be in a company that kind of is more aligned to the sort of culture you've got. But even within that company, as you move from one level to the next, essentially what is happening is, you know, things are changing.
