When I went to India or going to Buddhist monastery, that the amount of sexual fantasy and sexual energy almost disappears entirely in my life. And it's quite a relief, actually. It's like it frees you for a lot of other things because for many people, their sexual preoccupations are very intense. There is reproduction, but there isn't that much preoccupation of the mind with these issues. The idea is that to feed the second chakra from a spiritual point of view is really using your energies in less than the way they could liberate.
