I love that you say that a leader sets the tone for the entire company. An executive's work style or schedule is often seen as the benchmark. You say that employers don't want people who work smarter. They want people who works smarter and not longer, which is so against the American ethos. And I think it relates to something we were talking about earlier. This idea that people don't want to work hard and for a million hours anymore. But post pandemic work life is very, very different.
