How to Define Facts in Debate
Debate is all about accessing impacts and controlling who gets access to why something matters. Even if it's true, maybe it doesn't matter. Maybe this will like lower GDP by 20% but you know what? Lowering GDP by 20%. Like really doesn't matter because we can do this to mitigate it or other countries will step in or something. There's so many things that have an effect and people don't care.
