The plaintiffs managed to get themselves in front of this lunatic Trump judge and voila arguments, which have been unceremoniously booted out of many other courts are suddenly treated like they make actual sense. And by the way, the only thing that's changed since episode 713 is that the plaintiffs have amended their complaint yet again. There is no universe in which this should be a colorable claim. These people were just not allowed to spread lies on a private platform.
