The Importance of Language in Coaching
The best time to a new client is actually the first major win that they have. Change the language of that man, call it a checkpoint. Call it a waypoint call, whatever. But don't call it a graduation call. If you want to make real change with person life isn't a fucking 30 day challenge. And so you got to go deep with the person will the sooner you can begin the process of doing the real work.
