Tatonyou: The idea that you're known by other people, that they witness your behaviour, it seems to be a factor. Tatonyou: We wonder a kind of why we end up with these ar sink estates in the big cities. You know, wits a sort of pirate country, basicly bandit country. There are just too many people there. Nobody knows who anybody is. On you're much politer and much kinder and much are less willing to rob r what people, you know, just behave bester, basically. Yes, i'm sure that's absolutely true.
