India Is Playing Catch Up With China

Since 1947 India more or less neglected all the border states they don't create any infrastructure there whereas the chinese have created very good infrastructure road and rail transport infrastructure in the border regions so india is now playing catch up it's doing it very very strongly. We are obviously also constructing new airports and landing strips as part of the very strong concerted effort to catch up with whatever the ch Chinese have done, says Arsh.
