We go on city data. We do have a property here in Dallas but it is in a little bit of a rougher neighborhood so we're also not sure if we should try to do an Airbnb in a roughed-up area like Waco. Ruffle's real estate firm now owns more than 100 properties around the U.S., including some multifamily complexes with fourplexes.
