Is There Hope for Therapeutics or Vaccination?

Do you see hope at all in therapeutics or vaccinations coming in the fall or next year? Orn, do you have any idea which would be more effective? It seems to me that we sort of erred in the initial youfory about vacin s. But maybe that was just my own speculation.
