Ineffective Assistance of Counsel - Is That Really the Case?
Shawne's family was insulted by the appeal. They said that george was just lying in an effort to try to get a re trial or a reduced sentence. So far, george has filed two appeals, both of which have been unsuccessful. George t f a his currently incarcerated at high desert state prison. He's forty nine years old and will most likely die in prison. Nole stevens is incarcerated at lovelock correctional center. If he survives his sentence, and he's not let out early, which i doubt he would be, he'd be 82 years old when he leaves prison.
