Doctor smith says he's come through years of scientific literature and hasn't been able to find cases of deadly peanut alogies before the 19 eighties. We don't really know why there was an increase in penotalogies, but we do know that it became a very serious health issue very quickly. Peanuts went from a staple in every school to something that could be deadly. And a lot of people had trouble adjusting.
