Is Thatcherism a Super National Project?

I think what's interesting just in regards to the left selling itself out to human rights, I think it's not merely just a super national project. Even where there isn't an explicit appeal to kind of super national bodies to guarantee human rights, the kind of human rights framework is broughtkind of nationally applies. There's no sense of actually taking state power. There's just an expectation, a very naive expectation that the state will simply be preserved these rights and based on the force of moral appeal.
