When we say stress, the word has become part of our vocabulary to mean something bad. But actually what it means is you face a challenge, a challenge beyond your capabilities at the moment. The problem is getting too much, or over a long period of time where it doesn't go down. Good stress is when you're challenged and you can meet that challenge.
