The Importance of Open Source Software in the Department of Defense
The majority of software that are in all of our systems today is open source. There's a little bit of a stigma when you use the term open source software, whether it's security implications or not. I believe what the Department of Defense is going to do is they're going to start backing open source projects and even start new projects aligned to its mission.
