Were You Surprised to See Russia Get Kicked Out of Swift and All the Other Sanctions?

I didn't realize how genuinely surprised some european leaders were, you know. I was surprisedi, like i said, i was surprised that it wasn't taken as given that the invasion would happen. And so then countries that kind of am were convinced of what was going to happen for a long time ahead of time. You know, therewre some people who spoke with a russia's leader not long before the invasion. So sometimes peple can feel betrayed, or whatever, by that. and so tha the reaction can be quicker in those cases than people who never had trust in the process.
