"I truly believe that if we know beyond any shadow of a reasonable doubt that you committed multiple murders, the death penalty should... I don't know why we would pay for someone to stay alive," he says. "How much do you think it costs to have a prisoner for 30 years? There's only 50,000 hours a year minimum for a prisoner."
