The Justice Department Moves to Dismiss the Indictment in Dellaware

The justice department has taken their previous plea agreement off the table and moved to dismiss the indictment in delaware so that it can refile the tax charges either in washington dc where the tax crimes took place or in california. In the plea deal hunter biden agreed to waive any objection to venue as a condition of the deal which meant the prosecutor could bring the case in delaware even though that's not where the crimes occurred. The right wing's favorite stupid story isn't going away but if you're wondering and i know you are this is the opposite of evidence of corruption this is the justice department continuing to investigate and bring criminal charges against the president's son.
