How to Build a Relationship?
i think you have to sort of bacon, maybe, like an extra ten minutes of catch up chat. Because in order to have a chat with someone on human level, i then haven't got through all the things that i need to talk about from a work perspective as well. So i tend to go a bit longer for the first meeting of the week. In terms of that's probably a good thing, because you're building a bit of a relationship with someone outside of the day to day.
