The Ego and the Shadow

We can really be in the healthy ego only when we've dealt with the lower self as the shadow. When we deal with those, then we have a sense of a centre. And once we have that senter, we can then mitigate and really calibrate our egos. We actually do need them so because otherwise we are a supervulnerable and we are. There is nothing really that exists, unfortunately, for some people who have done no introspection beneath the mask. So they are just series of masks. That type of ego completely its the necessary vehicle for us to travel antis reality.
