The Importance of Perfectionism

Don Osgierk: I understand my enemy is perfectionism. That's really what we're talking about, right? Because mostly I can't say good is good enough. So I don't want to speak English unless it's perfect. Thus my speaking is not improving. See, it's a good point because when we have this idea, we need to be perfect.
