The Sabbath Day Is to Be a Day of Rest

The Sabbath day is to be a day of rest. We are to observe a holy rest all day from our own works, words and thoughts about worldly employment and recreations. The word "worldly" means that which is necessary to live our lives for the other six days of the week. It's not sinful at all here. And I think a lot of modern Christians need to be reminded of that.
