Postpartum traditions include staying warm, eating nutritious food and having the nanny help with some of the needs of the baby. The tummy wrap is a simple way to hold your belly up while you get in shape better. Also something I wanted to mention is normally when you look up the information about postpartum month, they'll tell you that, oh, you can't take a shower. You can't wash your hair. Back in the days, like hundreds and thousands of years ago, there was no warm water.
