How to Find an Editor Who Will Work With You on Your Project
I have explicit conversations about with my writers, right? Like, when I send something else on sub, I'll actually ask the writer, hey, how much do you want to hear about this process? Do you only want to know the good news? You know, and some people will say, you know, what? Just tell me the good stuff. And so those explicit conversations, I've been encouraging her to listen to the nice stuff. I think it's important. Those conversations about what people need in terms of like that communication style is really important. Find an agent who will work with you on that, finding editors who will workWith you on that isreally important.
