James wonders what ministers are trying to achieve through this. He says there have always been tensions between doctors and politicians. Sagajavit is very driven by the fact that cancer diagnoses are down. But he worries that lots of people have gone through telephone appointments with their g ps, and they need to be seen in person. And so i think it is going to be interesting in the future how people feel about the n h s if they're not seeing their g Ps face-to-face.
