How Did You Change Your Study Goals During Your Challenge?
I know at the start of the challenge, you struggled a lot with perfectionism and just being kind to yourself because it can be that you can we can be our worst critics. So whereas you did have a kind of evolution throughout the process of changing this balance. And then I find when I do that, when I take that little bit of a mental break, even if it's just to sit and listen to something and it's more of a passive experience, but it allows my brain to rest. Then I can come at it fresh either later that day or the next day, depending. It really touched on the point of motivation.
