Microsoft's Rejection of the Xbox Deal

I've got one theory that the Xbox new or Microsoft knew this was coming only in some way, shape or form. They were saying and doing all the right things and are still just getting rejected here. I have a feeling maybe there was something down the line. And then there's the cynic inside me, which is like the, all these people are in play stations and their nephews own play stations. And they're like, I don't want things to change. But it seems like Microsoft did everything right on this and made all the said and did it with all with those 10-year agreements.
