There's hi concept of taking minutes at a board meeting. And i guess some people recording board meetings. So am i cor that we do not record board meetings because it might carry with it liability? And then, what are minutes and how long should they be? You know, let's say for this hour and a half board meeting, what would you expect the length of the board minutes to be? Who takes them, and what should be in them? Yes, te all really great questions....
