The PODA Temporary Hold on New Requests
The USA PODA leadership has a long term temporary hold or embargo on adding missing US parks that are brought to their attention because they have plenty for now and are only volunteers. Half of these suggested parks were not eligible in the first place. The good thing is N two Y Q T Ryan is a listener to this podcast and the mapping rep covering Vermont parks. He's all for it wants to add parks just has to wait for the hold to lift from my understanding.
