Is Twitter Really Bad for the Old Mental Healthheat?

i find myself trying to stamp myself being a prick on twitter, because i know that's what gets reward. Just the act of enjoying that somebody elses being humiliated is lirabld. There's an email for every tweet that this writer has ever seen from one of the 'sbeen monitord' M says he finds himself going on the record over anything and it makes him very anxious. He thinks we have institutionalized people in our nation before but can't claim ignorance when they are riting about these issues.
