Is There a Model for Teaching?

I think that it's, you know, teachers probably feel that the real change and the positive things that happen in our class rooms come about that way. I know i i did as i was in my first couple of years of teaching, like the experiences that most helped me improve my teaching, watching good teachers. It didn't come from p d.
