Is There a Connection Between Mental Health and Automation?

i've always had this wondering, you know, as i've listened to the like power user community over the years. Like we all can easily say automations are to make things a little easier for us. We like being effichent. But when i hear people talk about some of the stuff without ever talking about what happens when it all falls apart and why does it all fall apart. I feel lik thes a mental health conversation we're not having. Ye e am man. Ok, i'm only half tracking what's going on right now. Well, wer what we're ae by right now should be like, what i'm most excited about, and i'm distracted.
