Is There a Nuclear Weapons Proliferation Risk?

Eric Liu: Nuclear power has not been the cause of, or root really, to any nuclear weapons in any country that has nuclear weapons. No uranium traded for electricity production has ever been diverted from military use. It takes what five tons of natural uranium require to produce a nuclear weapon. We've not had an incident in it and people like to fearmonger on that, but it just doesn't happen - we don't see it happening.
