And you'd suddenly feel joyous and at ease with yourself, and you wouldn't need other people's approval. Would you? Would you press that button? I want to say absolutely, but i do know that a, it's important to keep some of the feeling so so well. But let's make a list. Three, three questions we want to ask to bring out some positives in these feelings. Got my list started.
