How to Help Your Employees Take Advantage of the Digital Economy

Digital workers are here to augment what a human worker is doing on a day to day basis. We really like the terminology digital worker instead of saying, you know, when assistant or all those different names. It really it is basically somebody who is available to you and working all the time. What's your advice in coaching to your employees who might be thinking or might be getting a little bit worried about what their jobs be impacted?
