I mean, because what Charles seems to have been describing there is the perennial issue of political short termism struggling in the polls here in the UK. Rishi Sunak has decided to go for the car owner and say, we love cars. And the fact that the challenges of converting things to a more green economy and green infrastructure are things no economy really wants to grasp.
