How to Track Turn Time and Deliver Faster Returns
The major KPI is turn time and are we delivering stuff faster to our clients? Yes, that's the case. The next thing that obviously isn't an overnight success is the amount of hours that our US employees are working. Our whole goal with offshoring is to reduce the peaks and flatten them out. And I would say we couldn't quite track that last year in year one. Was I success or not? There was a lot of other components in there as well with COVID programs and et cetera.
