Why Data Scientists Shouldn't Be Centralized

Far too many organizations stay centralized for too long. We sell mostly to data scientists, they by our data and they use it for their models. And i would say the vast majority of companies that we sell to, there's a central data science team. These data scientist should be more dispursed within each orkyeah. But you can't do that in the beginning. You can't take one day to scientists and have them fit into each one.
