Wen Win - The Cooperative Arena, Not Competitive

Wen is a frame of mind and heart that seeks mutual benefit in all human interactions. Everyone on the team has an important job to do, you must have a system so that if they don't do that, they get punished or they get kicked out. The only thing i would change about that is all human interactions, because, as we have been discussinga some human relationships are competitive. Some of them are you do have to compete. Sometimes. In some situations, it's just you have to know when right? So this is why it’s important to know who are your people. Who is on your team and who're not?
