Mongo is not the thing today. It's the Mongo people, but that was 10 years ago. You can and should change how you work. Get a new job. That's in line with the sentence that I said many, many times. Here's one I learned from that company that I was talking about very very long, long time ago. The most important thing, I think that you should always try by changing how company works. But you need to time box it. Not to a month. Nobody can do any but a year, a couple of years, whatever the period is.
