Building Ambitious Quotas for Your Teams to Hit

How do you navigate that balance, God odd? Yeah, and I think my business partner, Chief Reben officer, Matt Cordiac, and he really, you know, he joined me way back at the machines in 2004 when we were just digging our way out of that recession. We have a philosophy where we want to get our plan about two thirds of the time, which means it's pretty darn hard as you hit it a bit more often than not. And so I think it is just a tremendous advantage.
