I think there's three big ones in small business. One is some level of concentration risk. Number two is owner dependency. And then number three is revenue quality, right? Recurring versus reoccurring versus one time. I was thrown off by especially owner dependency and how much these small businesses revolve around their owners. Just the act of the sale and the transition is truly like you're ripping out a spinal cord from these businesses.
