marketing in health care is elevated over the next five to ten years to a direct report level to the CEO. i think evolving us beyond our role as promoters and to really being involved in the product which in health Care is a service given by people so we should be involved in all aspects of the culture of the organization. We should be involved with the customer experience from scheduling to the clinical care to the billing, he says.
