Seagal under oath claimed not to know how much money he had, what he actually owned, or what he was paid per movie. His attorney explained that Seagal did not have an individual contract with Warner Brothers. Julius Nassau was an associate of the Gambino crime family and he loaned Seagal at least half a million dollars of their money. When Seagal and Nassau had a falling out around 2000, Seagal was forced into a meeting with several mobsters where they demanded $150,000 per movie he'd made.
