i try and stay on a less good relationship with these days, which is rumination. What it is is when something upsetting or distressing happens you just keep eplaying it in your head over and over again and again. Nd therein lies a very critical right. And it's just a matter of choosing to look at the things that you do well and youre good at,. Or i focus only on the ones that you perceive to be negative. It's con ditions going to make you feel much, much worse.
