The Importance of Encouragement

Paul wrote a letter to the Thessalonians after they were run out of town because of persecution. He was concerned about them, he sent Timothy to go see them and make sure that they're doing okay. And Paul's now writing this letter to continue to encourage them. At the very end of chapter three, I mean, if his goal was encouragement, it seems like chapter three should have been the end. But Paul never is just encouraging, he's also instructing these two things going together.
