I used to trade stocks on the italian market in beckin two hounded and seven with very similar approach, daily patterns and ande pattern trading. I stopped doing that simply because stocks are necessarily correlated. You can work on different sectors, but at the end of a story, you are still over exposed in a certain direction. And working on index futures help me much more when been working on stocks,. Because i have one item which groups by stocks, in my opinion, the index future. When i can diversify, going on over sectors, such as energy with crude oil and so on, an metalsan and our things like that.
