I think the key phrase from what you said was when I look for it, like if you start looking for those things, I think you start recognizing more of them. So much of the way you posture yourself as a thought leader should be that again, like, if I'm going to do everything in my power to try to create civil conversation... Sometimes that means I have to actually like, it's an off-record meeting with somebody I disagree with and saying, hey, tell me more about why we disagree. The more inhuman or inhuman and the more like commercial or like broad or market driven I get, it's so much harder to actually like to do the unifying and the collaboration
