Yede, i think we talk about performance variability thing that ov a lot of our listeners will think about very billy. I know i just think about my day of what i think its going to look like in the morning, verses when i look back at the end of the day, ind what it's actually looked like. And i think thinking about them as sort of quite simple, linear activities that that run 99 % of the time in the same way is just not the right way for us to think about work.
