Is There Coercion?

Criminals are people who have separated their private good from the public or the common good. So that space has to be cleared, clear to the criminals. And coercion is the way you get rid of them. That coercive aspect, hopefully you drive them back into the communities of thecommon good. But it's a form of warfare and they must be eliminated.
